How will I be billed?

Retainer packages (from 10-40 hours+) are billed within the first 7 days of the month ahead.

How will I know how many hours I have left?

I track my time using Clockify and will include a time report with each invoice. I will also update you when you are coming to the end of your retainer package. Any additional hours will be charged at the relevant rate. 5 hours can be rolled over to the next month.
